The Nibco® bronze gate valve features a screw-in bonnet for service where infrequent maintenance is required. The threaded ends allow for ease of installation. The gate valve is constructed of high quality lead free dezincification resistant (DZR) performance bronze silicon alloy per ASTM specifications. Rising stem gate valves are used when positive shut off is required and a quick visual indicator of open/closed position is needed.
