MIFAB® MI-O Series sanitary powder epoxy-coated inside and outside fabricated 10 ga steel oil interceptor. Unit to include: sediment bucket with perforated baffle near inlet, deep seal trap covered by lid, sewer gas stopper, securing bolt(s), removable baffle assembly and cross bar, stainless steel calibrated orifice plate, internal air relief bypass, adjustable automatic draw-off assembly, double vent connection on each side and steel powder epoxy-coated non-skid rectangular lid.

  • It is also easier to clean out the deep seal trap with a MIFAB® interceptor because one only needs to remove the lid and access is available to the body and the deep seal trap at the same time
  • MIFAB®'s grease interceptors are manufactured with a "sewer gas stopper" that is sealed on the top and both sides and extends into the static water level to eliminate the possibility of sewer gas entering the grease trap and kitchen area
